Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No way! We provide all the equipment. A staff member will then take your gear when you’re done, so you can enjoy a celebratory drink at the bar! (Loser buys the first round!). You can bring your own roller-skates if you like.

How do I keep score?

Each team will be given a scorecard on arrival at the box office. You will need to designate a team captain who looks after your scorecard and keeps track of the round. You will not be able to start the round without your scorecard.

When should I arrive?

Players must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your allocated time, or you risk forfeiting your activity.

Can I smoke on the roof?

You can smoke in designated areas only (and not whilst playing any games).

Can I bring my own food and drink?

We do not allow guests to bring their own snacks and drinks, however we have plenty of exciting street food and cocktails on offer.

What if I can’t attend my allocated time?

Unfortunately we are unable to change your time, however if you do arrive late we’ll do our very best to fit you in. Of course we cannot guarantee this.

What if the weather is bad?

Sluggers may proceed as scheduled in light rain and other mild weather conditions. In the event that we have to cancel Sluggers due to severe rain you will have the opportunity to reschedule your tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit towards another activity. Other games proceed in all weathers.

How do I book tickets?

Please visit our Book Tickets page, which will explain how to book tickets. You will need to bring your confirmation email on your smartphone (save paper!) or print it out for the box office on arrival at the venue.

How long can I play for?

All activities are for 40 minutes.

Can I eat and drink whilst on the course?

You can drink whilst playing, absolutely! Unfortunately we do not allow food onto the course (no-one wants a slippy gherkin in the roller disco!), but why not join us for delicious street food before or after your win?

Can I private hire your events?

We welcome all! Simply send us an email and let us know as much detail as possible about your event and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Is there an age restriction?

Children of all ages are welcome with the family on weekends! During the weekday evenings, the restriction is 18+. ID may be required.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

We highly recommend booking in advance. We do always try to sell tickets on the door where we can, so we welcome walk-ins!

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and we cannot facilitate refunds on tickets unless an event is cancelled on our behalf.

How many players per group is allowed?

There is a maximum of 6 players per group, though the recommended group size is 4
